Eye exercises can’t stave off age effects

Although certain “eye exercises” can be helpful in some types of strabismus (i.e. convergence exercises for convergence insufficiency), there are no known facial exercises to minimize the risk of senile changes in the lids (at least, not in the ophthalmology literature). There are a multitude of anecdotal reports on the web, but of course none of these have been substantiated.
